About Flying Lyons

Flying Lyons provides a quality track program for athletes from ages 5 to 18. Athletes will learn fundamentals, techniques and character and be prepared for the next level in their development. Athletes will learn a routine of proper warmup, drills, and stretching, and be exposed to some of the more specific, technical aspects of certain events (starts, form, etc.)
